time to take the airport express !
the interior. ride is comfy and fast! way better than a cab!
according to my friends I am *ahem* the cab queen in SG and yet I didnt take a single cab in HK except on the last day when we need to get to the airport before 5pm. aint u impressed? :)
view outside. the ride to Kowloon is about 20minutes long and we need to take a transfer bus to our hotel.
it is good that they had staff to station around the bus transfer area to help tourist get on to the right bus but that dude told us to get off at the wrong stop =.="
i knew he was wrong cause i painstakingly read through hundreds of reviews on trip advisor to know we had to get off the first stop.
decided to ignore him and get off the first stop.
and yay! we reached our place after a very short walk :D
i strongly recommend everyone whos going HK to stay here. the price is extremely reasonable. it cost about the same as Eaton hotel, room is clean and modern plus it is sort of a boutique hotel. and and! it got travelers' choice award!
good location too. but there are a few pubs/clubs below so it gets alittle noisy when all the clubbers go home at around 4am.

checked in and off to Avenue of Stars which is 5minutes walk from our place! the place reminds me of Esplanade but of course, it has a better view :)

awesome view but i think the symphony is overrated and a disappointment.
